.Product Introduction: Designed by Taters. This model is based on the restoration of Wall Street in Manhattan. Wall Street – starting from Trinity Church on Broadway in the west and extending all the way to South Street next to the East River in the east, is the financial center across Manhattan, New York. Background:Lower Manhattan is the southernmost part of Manhattan in New York City, the United States. The Lower Manhattan Business District forms the core of the area south of Chambers Street, including the financial district, commonly known as Wall Street, and the World Trade Center. The Lower Manhattan Business District is the fourth largest central business district in the United States, second only to Midtown Manhattan, the Loop in Chicago, and Washington, D.C. It was previously the third largest business district in the United States. The reason it dropped to fourth place was that after the September 11 attacks, the area lost 16,000,000 square feet of office floor space in the World Trade Center, which is equivalent to the total office space in Cincinnati. However, after the construction of the Freedom Tower and the new headquarters of Goldman Sachs, the area is expected to regain its third place.
