“Quasar Fairground ride. Utilises a counter rotating lift mechanism to give the rise and fall effect of the ride. Packs up on the truck as per the real ride. Consists of 2609 parts. When setup the ride is approx 60cm x 50cm.
The tractor unit is a modified version of that included in the LEGO set 5590. Changed the colour, the towing hitch, the steering and replaced a number of harder to find parts.”
