    History: 

    The Commodore (VL) was a midsize car produced from 1986 to 1988. It is the final version of the first generation Commodore, including the luxury model. 

    A total of 151,801 VL Commodores were produced between February 1986 and August 1988.

    The engine inside is an imported 3.0-liter RB30 inline-six designed and built by Nissan of Japan.

    Design: 

    A 150 kW (201 hp) turbocharged RB version of the engine is released. The Garrett turbine unit is housed in a water-cooled housing to ensure longevity. The engine features new pistons, a lowered compression ratio, and an updated camshaft to reduce overlap. The Commodore’s appeal soon became apparent, especially with the top speed of 200 km/h (124 mph), which could be reached with the addition of a Garrett turbocharger. Turbo models come with larger brakes and finned alloy front calipers. Australian police have commissioned the Turbo model as their ‘intercept’ highway pursuit vehicle of choice.

    These are just some of the impressive numbers of the World Trade Center complex, a beautiful icon of the New York skyline and a symbol of the 20th century.
    Inaugurated in 1973, the original WTC complex incuded six buildings: three low-rise buildings (WTC 4, WTC 5, WTC 6), a 22-floor hotel (WTC 3), and the iconic Twin Towers (WTC 1, the “North Tower”, and WTC 2, the “South Tower”) with an impressive height of 417 m, 530 m including the North Tower’s antenna.
    A seventh building, the WTC 7, a 47-story building, was added later in 1987; this building is not included on this model as it was not part of the original complex, but you will find it as a stand-alone MOC soon on my page.
    The first World Trade Center model that I made in 2019 was also my very first MOC, so I did the whole project just by drawing diagrams on squared paper because I didn’t know how to use the design programs; the result was a little rough but still nice. Today, three years later, I reworked and improved that model, developing a completely new and more detailed model of this beautiful lost wonder.

    CH-53E 1/35 Scale Modern

    Background

    The CH-53E Super Stallion is a heavy-lift helicopter operated by the United States military. As the S-80, it was developed from the CH-53 Sea Stallion, mainly by adding a third engine, adding a seventh blade to the main rotor, and canting the tail rotor 20°.
    The less common MH-53E Sea Dragon fills the United States Navy’s need for long-range minesweeping or airborne mine countermeasures missions, and performs heavy-lift duties for the Navy. The CH-53K King Stallion, which has new engines, new composite rotor blades, and a wider aircraft cabin, is set to replace the CH-53E.

    “Designed by Morningstrummer of Rebrickable, the product is a highly realistic replica of the Big Boy steam locomotive, the largest and most powerful steam locomotive in history. It is the only steam locomotive with 4-8-8-4 wheels in the world. There are two sets of driving wheels in front and rear of the train, each set of four axle eight driving wheels, and two axle four wheels without power guide wheels or slave wheels. Two sets of driving wheels have independent pistons and crank connecting rods. Length: 89cm, Width: 8.5cm, Hight: 13.5cm.”
