.Product Description: Castle Hohengeroldseck is now just a ruin, but the designer, Sir Perceval, has set himself the goal of creating a reconstruction that is as authentic as possible in miniature scale. He worked with historical plans and studied the remains of the castle on site in great detail. He also used a reconstruction drawing as a key reference. The build will be completed in several stages, with the castle area divided into four construction phases. So far, only Part 1 has been completed, while the remaining sections are still in the planning stage. Part 1 has been designed to stand on its own as a self-contained display model, even without the other parts.
Part 1 includes some landscape in front of the castle, sections of the ring wall, the entrance gates, and a stable/storage building with an inner courtyard. Part 2 will add more ring walls, the smithy, and another building. Part 3 will complete the ring wall with a larger tower. Finally, Part 4 will feature the main castle, which will also be designed as an independent, exhibit-ready piece.
Castle Part 1 comprises 37 modules: Modules A 1–7, B 1–7, C 1–7, D 1–7, and Building 1–9. In addition to the castle, Sir Perceval has also planned a landscape that can be expanded in the future. At present, there is Landscape Expansion 1, which includes an additional 25 modules: A 8–13, B 8–13, C 8–13, D 8–13, and Building 10.
Together, Castle Part 1 and Landscape Expansion 1 include a total of 62 modules. This bundle contains both Castle Part 1 and Landscape Expansion 1.
